Below you will find the app compatibility issues that are currently known, along with their solutions. We update this list frequently, so be sure to check back later if there's an update available for your issue.
Apple TV
- Affected models: all
- Issue: Fails when trying to sign in.
- Solution: Yes, install v14.3.1 of the Apple TV+ app as follows:
- Long-press [OK] on the Apple TV+ icon on the Home Screen.
- Select Uninstall to remove the defective version.
- Select OK to confirm uninstallation.
- Once the app is uninstalled, go to the App Store section and find Apple TV app. Select it to begin installation.
- Once installed, the app will appear in the Home Screen section and you can use it as expected.

Binge (Australia)
- Affected models: all
- Issue: App is no longer offered, removed by developer.
- Solution: none

Disney+
- Affected models: all
- Known Issue 1:
- Asks for an update but clicking the button does nothing.
- Solution: Yes, install the latest LuminOS and then update Disney+ (see details below).
- Known Issue 2:
- Selecting the "LOG IN" button causes the app to crash.
- Solution: Yes, instead of clicking LOG IN button, open the Disney+ app on your phone. Then, click Allow on your phone. You will be automatically logged into your projector.
- Make sure that your phone and the projector are on the same Wi-Fi network. Also make sure if you're using an iPhone, that the Disney+ app on your phone has been granted permission to access devices on the local network. If you require assistance, please contact us.

- Issue: Network error is shown on startup.

- Affected models: All except Screeneo UL5
- Issue: Login does not work.
- Solution: Please use "Link with WiFi" or "Link with TV code" options to link your phone. Directly logging in is only supported on Screeneo UL5.

Solution Reference
[1] Upgrade LuminOS to the latest version
- Start up the projector and make sure it's connected to the internet.
- Go to the "App Store" section (next to Home) on the top.
- If you don't have the latest version of LuminOS, you will now be prompted to install it. Please select Update.
- The download will begin and a few moments later you will be asked again to confirm. Please confirm the update.
- LuminOS will then be upgraded to the latest version and the Home Screen will restart.
[2] Install the latest version of an app
A cloud download icon will show in the top left corner of apps for which there is an update available. These updates cannot be skipped. When you start such an app, the download will begin automatically and you'll be prompted to install the update. To install the latest version of an app, follow the below steps:
- Go to the icon of the app in the Home screen. Check that it has a cloud download icon.
- Press OK on the remote control. The app will begin downloading. You will see a progress bar as it downloads.
- Once it downloads, it will be extracted and prepared for installation. This will only take a few seconds during which the progress bar may appear frozen.
- You will then be asked if you'd like to install the update. Please select Install or Update.
- The app will then be installed in the background. The progress bar will show an indeterminate animation. After a few minutes, the app will be updated and the progress bar will disappear. You may then start the app as usual.
Note: it make take several minutes for apps to update in the background. Please be patient and wait for the progress bar to disappear. If the app was successfully updated, the cloud-download icon will no longer appear, and you may continue to start the app as usual. If the updated failed, the cloud-download icon will continue to appear on its top left corner. In this case, please contact our Customer Support and we will help you.
