Q: I updated Netflix, and now it doesn't work. What can I do?
A: Please uninstall Netflix by going to its icon, pressing the MENU key on the remote, and choosing Uninstall. After uninstallation, it will be replaced with a placeholder icon. Click the placeholder icon to install the correct version.
Q: Clicking the placeholder icon to install Netflix doesn't do anything.
A: Please start the File Manager from the home screen, go to internal storage, press LEFT arrow key on your remote to go to the left sidebar and choose "Installable Apps". You will see com.netflix.mediaclient.apk listed there. Go to the right side and press OK on this file. This will install the correct version of Netflix. Be sure to uninstall the wrong version first.
