Congratulations! You have just received your NeoPix Prime 2! Here's what you should setup first upon turning on your projector:
- Press the Power button for 2 secs on the top of your projector to turn on your projector and display the home menu on the projection screen. The LED indicator on the top of your projector will turn from red to white

The easy install will appear to quickly help you install your NeoPix Prime 2. Simply follow these steps:
- When you turn on your projector, this Welcome page appears. You can select your desired on-screen language & time zone, and then when you have chosen, click on Next with your remote control
- Then, pair your remote control via Bluetooth (read this article for a detailed process). To do so, follow theses 3 easy steps:
- 1: Click on the pointer button located on your remote control
- 2: Then, press the left and right navigation buttons on your remote control simultaneously for 5 seconds
- 3: Finally, press the OK button on your remote control. The Philips AirMote is now paired
- Now, you have the choice to connect your NeoPix Prime 2 to a Wi-Fi network. If you want to connect your projector to a Wi-Fi network now, select "Setup Wi-Fi". If not, you can skip this step by selecting "Next"
- Finally, agree with the software end user license agreement and your easy install is finished
- The Home screen with 6 different icons appears on the projection screen: ExpressVPN / Firefox/ File Manager/ Netflix/ Youtube/ VLC. On the upper right side of the home screen is the Settings icon, the time and the date:

If you wish to make the basic setup later:
Language
- On the home screen, press once or more the top navigation button on your projector or on your remote control, to display the shortcut options. Then select the Settings icon on the upper right of the home screen and press OK, then go to Language Setting
- Use the Navigation buttons and OK buttons to make changes:
- Language: Select your desired language for on-screen menus

- Input Method: Select a keyboard input method

- Android Keyboard Settings: Make settings for Android keyboard
On-screen pointer
- Activate the on-screen pointer (mouse cursor) to replace the function of the Navigation buttons on the remote control. The on-screen pointer is useful when you input text through pop-up virtual keyboard, browse the Internet, or use some certain apps. Before you can use the on-screen pointer, pair the remote control with the projector
- On the home screen, press once or more the top navigation button on your projector or on your remote control, to display the shortcut options. Use the Navigation buttons on your remote control to select Bluetooth to access Bluetooth setting. Enable Bluetooth by selecting Bluetooth ON/OFF if not enabled

- Hold down left and right navigation buttons on your remote control for 5 seconds. The remote control is automatically paired with the projector. "Philips AirMote" is displayed under the paired devices list of the Bluetooth setting
- When your remote control is paired with the projector, the LED on the remote control flashes blue briefly each you press a button on the remote control
- To use on-screen pointer: When your remote control is paired with the projector, press on the pointer icon on your remote control to display or cancel the on-screen pointer
- When the pointer (a circular mark) is displayed on the projection screen, move your remote control in the air then the pointer moves across the screen correspondingly
- Press the OK button on your remote control to confirm selection
Wi-Fi network
Set up the Wi-Fi network to access online applications and screen mirroring
- You will need a wireless network router. For best wireless performance and coverage, use an 802.11n router (“WiFi 4”) and the 5 GHz band
- On the home screen, press once or more the top navigation button on your projector or on your remote control, to display the shortcut options. Use the Navigation buttons on your remote control to select Wi-Fi to access Wi-Fi setting. Enable Wi-Fi by selecting Wi-Fi ON/OFF if not enabled
- Select your network name from the network list. Then the network password input bar and the virtual keyboard pop up.
- To input your password, you can use the navigation buttons on your remote control, or use the on-screen pointer
- After you input the password for the network, select Connect on the screen to complete the Wi-Fi setup
When your basic setup is complete, then you can:
- Adjust the image quality by reading this article
- Turn off the projector by pressing the Power button on the top of your projector two times. The LED on the projector turns from white to red
For your information, your projector box contains:
- A remote control with 2 AAA batteries
- An A/C power adapter
- A lens cover
- A quick Start Guide
- An AC power cable with plug x4
The basic setup is complete. You can now fully enjoy your projector!
