Screen display issues

If you face screen display issues, please read the following instructions:

No image from the external device: 

• Ensure the power is on for your projector and external device
• Check if your projector or your external device is not in sleep mode 
• Ensure the correct input source is selected
• Check if the cables are connected to the correct sockets
• Switch off the projector, wait 3 seconds and switch it on again
• Switch off the external device, wait 3 seconds and switch it on again
• Ensure all necessary cables are securely connected by unplugging, then firmly reconnecting any power cables and video cables attached to your projector
• Ensure the cable header is not bent or broken

If the problem persists follow these steps: 

1. Turn the projector off by pressing Power on the back of your projector or on your remote control
2. Wait at least 10 seconds 
3. Turn the projector on by pressing Power once on the back of your projector or on your remote control
4. If the problem persist again, please contact our technical service centre by sending an email to support@screeneo.com or your dealer
