After the new Android TV 10 update, some users report an issue when playing certain Netflix Amazon Prime or other streaming videos.
To resolve this issue, please follow those steps, you need to do it only once, there is not need to redo it after projector reboot.
- Go to "Settings"
- Go to "Device Preferences"
- Go to "Sound"
- Go to "Select formats"
- Select "None"
Sounds should now play normally again.
