If you face issues related to the startup or the shutdown of your NeoPix Ultra 2TV+, please read the instructions below:
Your projector cannot be turned on
- Try to power on your projector from the Power Button located on the top of it
- Disconnect and connect the power cable and try to turn on your projector
- Check your remote control batteries
- Check if the batteries are correctly inserted inside your remote control
- If using the remote control, make sure there is no obstacle between your remote control and your projector
- If using the remote control, make sure you are not standing too far away from your projector
Your projector cannot be turned off
- Press and hold the Power button on the top of your projector for more than 10 seconds. If this does not work, disconnect the power cable and turn on your projector again
- If using the remote control, make sure there is no obstacle between your remote control and your projector
- If using the remote control, make sure you are not standing too far away from your projector
Your projector turns off by itself
- When your projector is running for a long period of time, the surface becomes hot and your projector can turns itself off due to the temperature sensor
- Leave it turned off to cool down
- Ensure the vents and air filter are not clogged with dust or obstructed by nearby objects
- Ensure the environmental temperature is not too hot
- Check if the power cable is correctly connected
If the problem persists follow these steps:
- Turn your projector off by pressing Power on the top of your projector or on your remote control
- Wait at least 10 seconds
- Turn your projector on by pressing Power once on the top of your projector or on your remote control
