Are you having issues with internet connectivity, Google Play store, and apps not working on your NeoPix Ultra 2TV+ with Android TV? In this article we will be covering a possible reason for why this is happening and how to fix it.:
This could be either your date and time or the 2.4Ghz networks.
1: issue with 2.4Ghz Networks:
It is preferable to connect to a 5Ghz network or to have a router with a smart connection, mixing 2.4 and 5Ghz. 2.4Ghz networks are usually very crowded and can have issues.
2: Time and date
Go to Android TV settings and ensure that your TV is set to the correct time zone, date and time. Follow the steps below to in order to find where these settings are located within Android TV.
- From the Android TV home screen, select "Settings" in the upper right corner with the remote
- Select "Device preferences" with the remote
- Scroll down and select "Date & time" with the remote
- Check the "Set time zone", this needs to be set to your current time zone. After confirming the time zone settings are correct, proceed to check that "date" and "time" are also correct.
If the date and time is not correct, please select "Automatic date & time" and set it to "Off", then set the date and time manually - Select your current time zone with the remote
- Restart the projector.
